A little about your Senior Finale teachers
Mrs. Cahalan: Hi everyone! I am really excited for another year of amazing projects. This is my 6th year teaching Senior Finale here at Johnson, and every year I learn something new from you guys- can't wait to see what your class will bring to the table! I grew up in St. Paul and attended University of Minnesota-Duluth for my teaching degree, and have my Master's Degree in Learning Technologies from the University of Minnesota. Looking forward to meeting all of you (or working with those I already know!). Let's do this class of 2017!
Ms. Burris: Hello, Class of 2017! This is my second year teaching Senior Finale. It is highly likely that I have had some of you in an English Class before as this is my fifth year with Johnson High School. Go Govies! I grew up on the East Side of St. Paul, attended the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities for my English degree, and completed my Masters Degree in Teaching at Hamline University. If I were to do a Senior Project, I would want to focus it around traveling because it is something I really enjoy. Maybe I could find a travel agent for a mentor? Really looking forward to seeing what ideas you all have!
